In January and February 2018 Cascoland started the project ‘KEEPERS Lab&Kitchen’ in the tropical rainforest; the area of Marqués de Comillas in Chiapas, Mexico. The 15 members of the Cascoland team in Chajul – artists, chefs, architects, sociologists, designers, videomakers and radiomakers – from the Netherlands and Mexico, visited 5 ejidos in the area as a pilot for a project to be developed over the next years.
